1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may experience slight delays. Please allow extra days for transit. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (USA): 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, natural disasters, or courier issues.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s).

Tracking information is typically active within 24–48 hours of shipment.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Montraz is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Damages & Lost Packages

We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Retain all packaging and damaged goods until the claim is resolved.

  • For lost shipments, email support@ montraz.com, and we will assist you in tracking or filing a claim where applicable.

7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Montraz is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
